Sounds like a chai tea. There's lots of chai tea bags in the supermarkets these days
Actually, this could be any strong black tea (as opposed to whit, green, black, red or orange). But you'd have to take into account the other flavors when choosing this route. So I'd suggest making a tea of those ingredients
