Well, I'm joking here. But the Bleeding Armadillo Red Velvet cake from "Steel Magnolias" was awesome.

Believe it or not Duncan Hines red velvet and make the icing homemade it stays red tastes great you can add a little extract if you want. Also I replace the oil with 4 oz of applesauce in all their cakes they still come out moist
