I have a question about the recipe "Rosemary lemon sparkler" from fiveandspice. I have a rosemary plant that I brought inside this winter and promptly ignored so now I have a lot of "fresh" dried rosemary. Can I make the rosemary syrup with this?

I actually made this last weekend! I think it might work - maybe just do a shorter infusion as I imagine the rosemary is sort of concentrated now? Certainly worth a try!
