I have a question about the ingredient "oil" on the recipe "Maple Yogurt Pound Cake" from Rivka. what kind of oil do you recommend? can i use olive oil? thanks!

I've made it with canola and grapeseed. I think you can use olive oil as long as it's really mild; otherwise the olive flavor will be too strong.
