In Step 3 it says to add the wine, but it hasn't said the quantity. Is it the same as the water - 6 cups?

I'm hoping thirschfeld will answer soon... If not I'd only go with a cup or so. I'd err on the side of using not enough because I think too much might ruin the sauce.
