Molten chocolate cake

Id like your best recipe and I need to freeze after baking. Can this be done in muffin tins

This recipe uses small ramekins, though you may be able to use muffin tins with a little experimentation with time and temperature.

A little tough to remove using muffin tins, but you could conceivably use them in place of ramekins ...
