How do you use the herb savory?
It goes well with beans and green vegetables. Used a lot in Mediterranean cooking in stews and roasted meat and fish. It's got a minty-lemony flavor and aroma.
Summer savory Is one of the herbs in the classic mix known as "Herbes des Provence." I like it with fish and shrimp very much. Also with green beans and asparagus. It's good too, in my Ragout of Artichokes and Peas.
