What are some suggestions for using dehydrated ginger slices? My lovely neighbor from India just brought me some. I would like to try some different things with it besides tea and snacking.

Dehydrated ginger can be ground into a ginger powder. Or you can rehydrate it and use it in any recipe called for fresh ginger. And there are a lot of recipes calling for ginger. Here is one from KitchenButterfly
