Has anyone ever cooked with white belly shrimp (common in Guyanese cooking?) I bought a pack and want to know if there are any suggestions for how to use them. Thanks!

There are a few really good guyanese dishes that use this
squash and shrimp - sort of sauteed and then stewed
bunjal shrimp - a bunjal is a dry curry style
