Anybody have a recipe for creamy, slightly thick cream of wild rice soup? There are so many bad versions around--I'd love help with this.

I used to find a great version of this on trips to Minneapolis/St. Paul.

I alter it a bit (maybe more mushrooms, maybe veal stock, etc.) but it's always delicious.
