Mario batali's recipe is incredible. I use the one from his cookbook, molto Mario.

I don't know how to repost but if you go to my page and my recipes on food 52 there is a bolo genes recipe that I have made for years. It is the original recipe from cafe Diana in Italy. It is very easy. It just requires a long cooking time.
