How do u keep strawberry glaze clear not murky looking?

By murky do you mean opaque as in glaze made w/ confectioners sugar? Are you starting from fresh strawberries? And what exactly are you glazing? I make strawberry glaze with added pectin. It has the thickening power of confectioners sugar but stays clear.

Use arrowroot as your thickener. It keeps its medium clear.
