I have a question about the recipe "Shrimp Burgers with Roasted Garlic-Orange Aioli" from EmilyC. got a wine reco for the burgers?
A sauvignon-blanc, especially from New Zealand.
A Riesling would also be nice.
Yep -- a dry riesling could be a great match!
I agree with SKK -- a sauvignon blanc or a crisp chardonnay (one without a lot of oak) would go nicely, or you can't go wrong with prosecco or cava with these burgers! Hope you enjoy them!
