I prefer to cook the lobster in cold water.......Basically place the live lobster into a pan of cold water. Place the pan on the stove and start to bring it to the boil.......this is a humain way of doing this because the lobster is placed into a deep sleep before it dies. This method is great because it allows the meat to relax. therefore you do not get tough meat. once cooked i suggest to cool quickly under cold water the prep the lobster. Reheat under a low heated grill with some garlic butter and ....Enjoy
