They have a bit of Cholesterol like shrimp , but otherwise yes, with good protein and trace elements.

The good: This food is very low in Saturated Fat. It is also a good source of Vitamin B12, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc and Copper, and a very good source of Protein, Phosphorus and Selenium.

The bad: This food is high in Cholesterol.
