Help making mayo - out of mustard powder!!! Can I go without? Substitutions?

Thanks! I did plop in some Dijon and a little extra lemon. It turned out just fine. Excuse my lack of punctuation in my panic.

You can plop in some prepared Dijon (but I wouldn't use yellow) or you can go without.

A bit of prepared mustard works.
