Canadian style sweet maple mustard mayo from scratch
An old acquaintance had a small preserve business. She made a sweet mustard mayo that we were all addicted to, but I can no longer buy! Ive searched forever for a recipe, but they always use shop bought mayo. Hers tasted like it was perhaps made from condensed milk, was very mustardy and sweet. Anyone have any old family recipes I could try?

However, maybe try mixing some maple syrup and Dijon (NOT the yellow stuff) into some mayo until you get the taste you want.
