After taking a look at that recipe, I realized I use the updated version of that same recipe all the time! It's in another Moosewood book, the "Daily Special," which was practically my first cookbook.
I think the only difference is that the "new" version uses a minced chipotle and a spoonful of the adobo sauce it's packed in.
