Making this rice pudding recipe -
Do I simmer the pudding with the lid on or off?
(usually anything rice would have a lid on.
though since it's milk I'm worried about it boiling over)
BTW left the lid off. It seemed wiser because it had a lot of liquid per rice (thanks to the open lid did not boil over).
