I need a safe way to can peanut sauce in jelly jars (4 ounces/jar). Has anyone done this? If so, please post a recipe. Thanks!

I wouldn't do this unless you plan to store the sauce either in the fridge or freezer. There are HUGE food safety (the type that kills people) issues with what you describe if you want your result to be shelf stable.
