Wild rice and brown rice---maybe with some orange slices and a dressing.
Fresh green beans--blanched and tossed in rosemary and garlic heated in a pan--and remove rosemary and garlic--toss the crispy beans to warm through, add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Homemade potato chips.

and oatmeal cookie would be nice to finish.

Stuffed grape leaves, an orzo salad, fruit salad (but deviate from the usual cast of characters), carrot salad, watermelon feta mint salad, homemade chips.
Grapes go great with chicken salad so some nice greens with grapes, nuts, and crumbled cheese sounds good
Whatever summer fruit looks best!
