I'm trying to chocolate dip pickles but am having a problem with the chocolate running. Any ideas?

Try dipping them in confectioner's sugar after blotting them dry; that will give the chocolate something dry to hang on to.

Roll them up in paper towels and blot them as dry as you possibly can. Too much liquid causes the chocolate to literally slip off, and will also cause your chocolate to seize.
