Sorry yes New Jersey, thank u for the link I purchased a cheese making kit but having a harD time finding non-homogenized whole milk.

Did you mean Somerset, New Jersey? And just to clarify, are you looking for milk to make your own mozzarella? For that, non-homogenized whole milk is best. Here's our tutorial, in case you haven't seen it: http://www.food52.com/blog...
