ahhhhhh, pil pil. This is not a hard dish at all. I usually make this by cooking up the garbanzo beans with a lot of garlic (soaked overnight if using dry or if using canned, washed and heated up with a little water or chicken stock. In a skillet, cook the peeled shrimp with some garlic, salt and pepper and some red pepper. Add some washed spinach and when wilted, add the beans and cook wil it all comes together.
