Apples , brown and white sugar, a bit of water, cinnamon, how long do I cook them? Covered or uncovered
I cook for 30 to 40 minutes uncovered until soft but not mushy. I also use a little butter in eat apple.
What will you be using them for? Will they be peeled, left whole, or diced? If it's for pie filling or baked plain apples, i might do 20 min uncovered at a medium heat. But it depends on what you're going for.
