How to Make meatloaf bind together right

I am creating a meatloaf using Low fat hamburger, ground pork, eggs, tomatoe paste, tomato sauce, ketshsup, black pepper, onions, onion soup mix, oatmeal and diced parsely and celery.

Oh!! I just remembered - your mix could just be a little too warm/mushy (like dough gets). Pop it in the fridge for an hour if you can. should help

You'll definitely need eggs. One egg per one pound of meat should be a good ratio. Oatmeal or bread crumbs are also very helpful.

Not sure what is your question. The oatmeal and eggs in your recipe should adequately bind the meatloaf together as long as you have it in the right proportions to your other ingredients. Do you need both the tomato pasts and the ketchup?

The eggs and oatmeal should bind the meatloaf, depending on their amounts.
