i have put to much chill powder in my pan how can i take the sting out of my meal

I've found that apple cider vinegar and brown sugar in combination are great at taking it down a couple notches

try topping it with yogurt or sour cream. No way to take it out, but you can add a bit more of all the other ingredients to dilute it.
