Moroccan Carrot Recipe

. The recipe says to cut the carrots "into little cubes" but in the photo the carrots look like big chunks. Any reason for the difference? Does it make a difference? Can you use medium carrots and cut them into little cubes?

For this recipe, you can use any size pieces you like! We like the bigger ones for the size contrast, but it's up to you -- just be sure to adjust your cooking time accordingly, as larger sizes will take longer to cook, and vice versa.
