I want to grill my turkey on my Weber charcoal grill. It will be wet brined first - anyone have experience and/or suggestions?

Actually, Weber offers these instructions for a brine-cured turkey breast. And there's a pretty good explanation for a kettle grill on this recipe: http://www.foodnetwork...
Hope these two sources help get you started, and then hopefully someone in the community, who has experience with this, will hop in with an answer.
Here's the Weber link: http://www.weber.com/grillout...
This has a lot about cooking a turkey on a Weber with some excellent suggestions in the comments. I did one years ago and the best way to do it is indirect heat on the Weber.
Thanks for the help - turkey turned out great!!
Like this glorious, messy, amazing beast—and so much more.
