Make ahead mushroom sauté

How far in advance can I sauté mushrooms? And what is the best way to reheat them? Thanks so much.

Serving them in a sauce? 24 hours should be fine. If sliced and in a sauce, I've kept them the in the fridge for 4 days- but MUST reheat
