Hi. What’s the best knife for cutting a mushrooms? Thank you.

For slicing smaller mushrooms, i always use my Victorinox paring knife. I find its very thin, sharp blade does a better job and is easier to handle for this task than my regular chef's knife. ;o)

Chef's knife for slicing or dicing.
Paring knife for trimming.
