Here's a lighly seasoned verion: http://appetiteforchina.com/recipes/thai-lemongrass-ginger-iced-tea
In that page there's a link to a condensed milk version from 101cookbooks.com (no recipe). And Thai tea is typically made with tea leaves that brew up orange -- see the comments at 101cookbook for help with that question, also lists of which spices are used.
