Oranges are "healthier". They provide all the vitamins and minerals Orange Juice has and a healthy dose of fiber as well. Another benefit is that the "chew" factor that you get when eating an orange helps you feel full longer. That being said, orange juice has its place as well. For a small glass (8oz) you get a healthy dose of vitamins and minerals. It is convenient and easy to consume as well. Unfortunately for any juices though, it is also easy to overconsume. You also need to check to make sure the orange juice consumed is one with no added sugar. Fresh Orange juice is always the best, it has the most nutrients as well. One juice is made, and it is exposed to the air, it begins to lose valuable nutritional value. That is with any juice and not just orange juice. Hope this helps.
