I would say, generally, yes, you can use orange juice in the Instant Pot, depending on the recipe. What are. you planning to make? ;o)

I’m cooking a marinaded, curry, aleppo pepper, rosemary, orange zest, OJ to thin, bit of canola oil, bone in turkey breast.

That should work. You want to use 1 cup of liquid or, if including an onion, 1/2 cup juice with a whole sliced onion. ;o)
