How to cook bulk grains
SMSF is a trusted home cook.
Whole Foods has a wonderful free booklet called Bulk Basics that describes characteristics of, and how to cook, many different kinds of grains, beans, rice, etc. as well as information about almost every kind of flour you can imagine. I picked up my copy from a rack near the bulk foods section. If you don't see it there, ask customer service. It's very informative.
