what size tart pan do we use? I have a 9.5 in and a 12 in? Can I use a pillsbury pre rolled crust and bake it first?

Hi judyst -- hopefully dymnyno can weigh in, but for your first time, I might start with the 9.5 inch. Then you'll know if you have extra dough (and filling) for next time. (Note that this recipe makes enough for 2 crusts, though.)
