Just saw The Secret of the Grain in which a renovated ship restaurant serves unforgettable Fish Couscous.Have you ever heard of this dish?

Couscous is made with all sorts of toppings and fish is one of them. I am not crazy about fish, so I haven't made couscous with fish, but check books on Moroccan or North African cooking, particularly those by Paula Wolfert and Claudia Roden.
