Egg substitute for raspberry muffins

I want to bake raspberries later on today but ran out of eggs. The weather is bad and I don't feel like a trip to buy eggs. I've googled egg substitutes, but there are so many it's difficult to pick one. Does anyone have a tried-and-true substitute for one egg in baking?
