I have a question about the recipe "Black Pepper Popovers with Chives and Parmesan" from FamilyStyle Food. Popovers didn't rise
I have found that the hot oven and hot pan are KEY to the "pop" - were you sure to get the pan super hot before adding the batter? Also NO peeking unless you can do it through the oven window
If you check out Family Style Food's blog post with the recipe, you'll see that hers didn't really pop either. In our family, we call these "popunders."
