Anchovies packed in oil and refrigerated.

I removed the anchovies from the tin and placed them in a glass container and submerged them in olive oil a couple of months ago! should I throw them away? or can they be used?

I've done the same thing. They should be fine as long as they have been completely covered with oil.

Give it a smell test and a small taste. Chances are they are still good if the were closed tightly
