I have a question about the recipe "Grappa Cherries" from jvcooks. How do you deal with the pits when you serve it as a beverage?
I don't think it is meant to be a beverage. You eat the cherries that are infused with the grappa. That said I think that the grappa that has been sitting for a while with the cherries would make a lovely cordial.
I agree with Suzanne. Don't waste that grappa, it's expensive. You might want to perhaps strain it a couple of times.
