Any good ideas and/or techniques for freezing (and reheating) breakfast burritos? Target audience: 3 year olds and their parents.

When I reheat a burrito in the microwave, I cover it with a damp towel or paper towel, so that the tortilla does not dry out.

We heat ours in the microwave for about a minute and then toast in a pan (covered at first) until crispy and heated through. I can't say our 4 year old requires that extra browning step, but we think it makes all the difference.
