Anybody have a killer sauerkraut recipe? I wanna make it with red cabbage...

In the Balkans and Eastern Europe, sauerkraut is also made from pickled whole cabbage head. It’s very yummy and sometime more versatile method, as you can shred it to make “traditional” saurkraut, or to make lovely dishes such as stuffed sour cabbage leaves (sarma).
