I have a question about the recipe "Pizza Rolls" from The Cautious Vegetarian. Question I am baking the Pizza Rolls now but they didn't rise before the baking process, does that matter

That isn’t a good sign. If you are still giving them time to rise, I’d go ahead and bake them. I think the dough will be heavy, but maybe you just didn’t notice the rise. Good luck.
