I made the Uchiko's famous Brussels Sprouts, and have a ton of yummy sauce left over. Need to know if I can freeze it (in a ziplock bag) to use later.

From the ingredient list you gave, that sauce should last 'forever' in the frig.; no need to freeze. AFAIK, sauces and salad dressings with major vinegar component do not taste the same after they're frozen and defrosted.
