Ina Garten has a lemon bar recipe that makes a large batch. Does anyone know if these can be frozen.

The filling has a whole cup of flour in it so I believe this may not be quite the same as having a lemon curd. I don't think lemon curd would freeze well.

I would appreciate your opinions.

Yes, they can. Cover them tightly with plastic.
