I have a question about the recipe "Black Bean and Quinoa Veggie Burgers" from Sonali aka the Foodie Physician. Do you freeze these before baking or "raw" before?

i think you need to saute or bake them first, before freezing. If you froze them raw, they would get soggier/less stable when defrosted.
We shall just have to see. I froze mine "raw" before reading this. I will let you know how it works out:-)
