I have a question about the recipe "Caramelized Butternut Squash Wedges with a Sage Hazelnut Pesto" from melissav. Can I freeze the pesto, without the ricotta? I have sage in my garden now but it won't last much longer.
Pesto in general freezes well if you don't add the cheese. So I'd say yes! :D
