Just made Melissa Clark's granola. Any ideas for best way to store it to keep it fresh? I've done one in a plastic storage container and one in a Ball jar temporarily. There are two quarts. Thanks!

Here are some great glass optiions. For truly air tight, I like the Le Parfait type jars b/c of the rubber gasket that makes them tight as a drum.
