I have a question about the recipe "Lemon Chess Pie" from ElsenEM. Could Splenda be used instead of sugar for this custard?

I've never cooked with Splenda before, but a quick internet search pulled up recipes for lemon chess pie using around 2 cups of Splenda granular, so I would think that you could.

I think that Splenda granular has sugar in it.
